Washi Tape Set
The Brand: MT is the original brand of washi paper masking tape, created by the 100 year old company Kamoi Kokoshi and produced in Japan. In 2006, the company received an email from 3 women in Tokyo who were using their industrial tapes in beautiful craft projects. Amazed by this surprising and wonderful usage, Kamoi Kakoshi invited the women to visit their factory. This visit inspired the development of an entirely new and original category of tape which is now sold worldwide.
Description: Washi tape is colorful paper tape which is easy to tear by hand and reposition on nearly any surface without creating damage. Ideal for temporary decoration, for tiny objects to entire rooms, and for ordinary or special occasions throughout the day, from sealing a lunch bag to making a special gift wrap.
Details: 1/2 inch x 33 feet roll, rip by hand or cut, can fit in many tape dispensers, set comes with 4 rolls
A Note From Erika: I am actually the first person to carry this washi in the USA (fun fact!). There are so many things to do with this tape. I find new applications all the time. I hope you will like the sets I put together!
