The Brand: Lamali works hand in hand with the craftspeople of India and Nepal. Since its founding in 1993 in Paris, they have helped build schools and hostels, organize cooperatives, and instill fair trade and environmental protection practices. Today they offer a full collection of handcrafted notebooks, stationery, garlands and accessories made of the local lokta bark fiber, felt, and cotton. These notebooks were made by 4th generation Kagzi paper makers in Jaipur, India.
Description: Sigh - a cloud of a notebook. Lightweight and billowy, this multipurpose notebook can be used for everything from watercolor to graphite sketching to multimedia. Its pages have a nice texture and feel. We also love to admire it just sitting on a shelf or desktop.
Details: Composed of 100% cotton rag paper (120gsm) with deckled edges and flexible soft cover. A sewn cotton thread provides a sturdy binding. Available in a small size (144 pages, 4” width x 5.5” length x 1.5” height) and a large size (180 pages, 5” width x 7.5” length x 2” height).
