The Brand: While working as a line cook in kitchens in NYC, Lauren was searching for a burn cream to help her heal her hands and forearms. After not finding any simple and organic formulas on the market, she began making her own in her Brooklyn apartment. Honing in on a group of core ingredients and then adding others she had learned about while apprenticing with an herbalist, she created a balm that can be used for everything. Gifting it to her friends and people in need of a “tender touch”, word eventually spread and Lauren was able to pursue making her salve full time. Lauren’s mission is to make tenderness and healing be available to all people, at all times, in all places.
Description: An incredibly rich moisturizer that can be used all over the body, including face, hair, cuticles and as a lip balm. A little dab goes a very long way! Good for 5-9 months after opening. It's 100% organic with no preservatives, so think of it as food! Skinfood! Store in a cool place away from sunlight. Keep the lid on tight.
Details: shea butter, coconut oil, hemp oil, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, essential oils of lavender, patchouli & peppermint, infused burdock root. Small is 4 mL and measures 1.5” width and 1” height. Large is 45 mL and measures 2” width and 2” height.
